EyePromise’s new identity unifies three trusted names in eye care—EyePromise, PRN Vision Group, and Avenova—into a single, cohesive experience. Built on a shared foundation of clinically backed science and doctor-recommended products, the new experience makes advanced eye health solutions more accessible to patients while strengthening collaboration with eye care professionals.

Designing a brand built on trust

The new identity was created around a clear strategic idea: a promise made, and a promise kept. Inspired by the Doctor’s Oath, the identity reflects the responsibility inherent in eye care—where trust is earned through evidence, restraint, and long-term commitment rather than persuasion.

This strategy comes to life through a cohesive visual system. The signature graphic, inspired by a doctor’s handwritten mark, serves as a symbol of personal accountability and care, while a precise typographic system, restrained color palette, and clinical-yet-human image style reinforce credibility and confidence.

A unified digital experience

The new website brings the brand to life through a clear, intuitive digital experience that balances education, exploration, and conversion. Content, commerce, and guidance are woven together to help people understand their eye health, find relevant products, and move forward with confidence.

Ecommerce was designed as an extension of the educational experience—supporting informed decision-making rather than transactional urgency. From product discovery to checkout and subscriptions, the experience emphasizes clarity and ease.

Science, made understandable

Eye health is often taken for granted—until something changes. When vision or comfort is affected, people are suddenly faced with unfamiliar conditions and complex information, often without clear guidance.

The new EyePromise experience places education at the center, using condition-led storytelling, clear content hierarchy, and custom scientific illustrations to translate clinical rigor into accessible understanding. Science is presented as practical guidance—supporting informed decisions without overwhelming or oversimplifying.

A dedicated portal for eye care professionals

A dedicated provider portal was designed specifically for eye care professionals. It offers a clear, efficient environment to access information about EyePromise, download educational and practice materials, and support wholesale access—reinforcing trust while strengthening the connection between clinical expertise, product recommendations, and patient care.

A technical foundation built for scale

The experience is supported by a unified Shopify-based foundation, integrated with NetSuite ERP and built for scale. Consumer ecommerce and tools for eye care professionals were consolidated into a single platform, including a comprehensive migration of user and marketing data from seven legacy systems—ensuring continuity for existing customers and connected marketing tools.
